Frequently asked questions

Answers to the most common questions about our services.

Our services are intended exclusively for clients residing outside Switzerland. To be eligible, you must:

  • be of legal age (18 or older);
  • reside outside Switzerland, mainly within the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom;
  • have a stable and verifiable place of residence in your country;
  • be able to prove a regular income (employed, self-employed or retired).

Nationality is not a factor: only your place of residence determines your eligibility. People residing in Switzerland are directed to the Cantonal Bank of Valais.

Your file is processed in the currency of your country of residence, to avoid any exchange-rate risk for you:

  • euro (EUR), Danish krone (DKK), pound sterling (GBP) and other European currencies depending on your country;
  • release of funds and repayments made in your local currency;
  • no hidden exchange fees: the rate and terms are clearly communicated before any signature.

To achieve this, we rely on our network of partner banks across Europe.

We operate in three areas, each reviewed on a case-by-case basis:

  • Credit & loan: personal loans for your private projects (vehicle, renovation, debt consolidation…), with amounts and terms suited to your capacity.
  • Financing: financing for real estate, business or acquisition projects, structured according to your project.
  • Investment: savings and investment solutions guided by the expertise of a cantonal bank.

After reviewing your situation, we propose the most suitable solution, with clear terms.

Your application is processed in four steps:

  • Receipt: acknowledgement as soon as you submit your application.
  • Pre-review: an initial response within 48 to 72 business hours.
  • In-depth review: a full analysis of the file within a few business days.
  • Offer & release: a detailed offer; once accepted, the funds are made available quickly.

Timeframes depend on the complexity of your project, the completeness of your file and how quickly you submit your documents.

To start reviewing your file, please prepare the following documents:

  • a valid ID or passport;
  • proof of residence less than three months old (bill, lease…);
  • your proof of income: the last three payslips (employees), tax assessment, financial statements (self-employed) or pension statements (retirees);
  • your recent bank statements.

Depending on the type of financing, additional documents may be requested (sales agreement, quote, financing plan…).
